Ah, so it's the weatherman equivalent of always gravitating towards "It may rain," as opposed to "It should be sunny." One is far more upsetting. If the acquisition is a model, Jim will probably announce it seconds before the ball drops on New Year's Eve!
I'm also wondering when we'll hear news of other acquisitions (which were talked about in the fall). Looking at its statistics, I never really realized how small SUNworks was for such a profitable company--when compared to some of the other giants out there.
After we see quarterly earnings released in March or May (I forget when), I bet there will news soon after regarding future possible acquisitions. Any earlier, it may seem like a careless spending spree. Just some thoughts.
