Hey Fear and GREED: STBV has traded maybe 2 Billion shares since last Q Sep 30th, 2013.

At that time they posted on Page: 2 a 207 MILLION OS:

...and there have been no filings or info I can find that authorized any raise in AS. AS in the last above Q on Page:14 is 1 Billion.





So how then can these numbers be correct? How can the float be lol 4.5 Billion, when STBV hasnt even traded that many shares?
