Interestingly, Jason Baker, who recently became a compensated representative of PVEC, (aka eocwizard) and has apparently been creating the all of the websites supposedly related to PVEC, is a Director of Zeus Travel, Inc. The officers of Zeus Travel, Inc. are Peter Villiotis, Marla Gomez-Orozco and Yamile Barrera:

Were shares issued by PVEC to the any of the above parties to "acquire" Zeus Travel, Inc. as a subsidiary of PVEC?

The details regarding the acquisition or creation of Zeus Travel, Inc., which involved insiders, as well the acquisition of Go Charts have not been provided despite the company continuing to claim "transparency, honesty and integrigy."

Would PVEC, Peter Villiotis or his compensated represenatives please give the details of such acquisitions?

If such details are not provided, PVEC shareholders should demand they be so provided.

Clearly, PVEC is the antithesis of a transparent company.
