The article on Seeking Alpha this morning easily exceeds the boundaries of libel in several spots. With Seeking Alpha's "distribution partners" MSN Money, CNBC, Yahoo Finance, TheStreet and Nasdaq, there are deep pockets for a willing class-action law firm to pursue. Seeking Alpha cannot claim ignorance in these matters.
