The way Bill spoke about it I assume Todd already knew about the renegotiation. Seems like Bill is just trying to ensure money is being used as efficiently as possible. Hopefully a deal can get done. I would think FITX doesn't have the upper hand negotiating considering the time constraints to start growing in 8 weeks and how vital the m3hub software will be.
