It's not that he has no love for his partners, he merely said he won't pay a company a premium simply because they are partners. If you listened to his comments about EDXC he mentioned that the reason why he went with them was Todd and the robust system he has developed.
I listened to the interview as well and thought the same thing. I actually thought the message was positive until Bill started blabbing away. He must have been tired. If anything... The message he conveyed about EDXC is that they will be making ALOT of money. So much that he feels they may need to renegotiate the agreement. That tells me that EDXC is in a good spot to make good money. As for the "we need to re-negotiate the agreement" ... If he made a deal and now realizes that EDXC will be making some good money... Well that's Bill's fault. If there's an agreement then time will tell how it unfolds. The positive on this is that EDXC will be making serious coin! Bills comments that if he wanted other tracking software they would write their own... That's a joke and will cost him in development cost, compliance delays and cost as well as reduced efficiency. Using EDXC will have higher efficiency rates than the other tracking software. I don't believe Bill meant what he said.
