None of that can possibly be true.

You say "there's nothing keeping management from AGM's"

but there could be a crunch on resources given how busy they've been. also Offor could be keeping them from having AGM's. Those two things are not NOTHING.

The agreements with the JDA could be keeping them from telling us whether SNP is still with us. Not nothing.

The list goes on and on.

I don't think there's a good understanding of what "Nothing" is here.
