Quit being so defensive. Some of what you say is fairly accurate. For example, the last line of your post replied to here is a true description of your positions.

But as far as your suggesting management contribute more of their money, I have always not understood why it is greedy wanting to keep money earned, but altruistic to want to take someone else’s money for whatever "good".

There is a market for top CEOs and there are dues to be paid to get there. If you had the talent that our CEO has, you would be able to enter the same market he is in now. His success at three companies in a row could command a better salary than he is receiving now.
