It does nothing of the sort. GLER has issued over the years, trillions of shares. Trillions I say? Yes and Ill explain what GLER has done on a historical basis. Consider that right now GLER has 1,991,790,034 shares outstanding. However if you factor in GLER's 3 huge reverse splits and back those out, GLER has issued trillions of shares. Consider each of GLER 's reverse splits...
April 17, 2006. Shares decreased by a 1 for 1000 share split
July 17, 2009. Shares decreased by a 1 for 100 share split
May 23, 2012. Shares decreased by a 1 for 1493 share split
Don't think many calculators can calculate the original amount of shares when you factor in all 3 reverse splits because you'd need to take the current 1,991,790,034 outstanding and multiple x 1000....then multiply the sum by 100.....and lastly multiply the sum by 1493.
Back out those 3 reverse splits since 2006 and GLER true share issuance is in the trillions of shares. In fact, all GLER has ever done is sell shares. It explains why since GLER's inception, it's run up a ($40,296,245) accumulated shareholder deficit. And now GLER raises it's authorized to 6,000,000,000 shares? Too funny. Total dilution scam.
