That is not true, I have invested in many microcap (<100M) market cap companies with insider buys.

If they were selling product and executing, I would not be bringing this up.

They are not selling product, they are not profitable, they are not executing, and they are not buying shares.


All these things create a bleak outlook for the company.

Shiloh, you're a smart guy. I can't believe you actually said this though. What is your reasoning for such a statement? If management bought a ton of shares today? It would mean they TRULY believe where they are going.....

right now, they pay lip service to investors....to pay for shares.

Perhaps they don't believe in the company in the short to mid-term. If this is the low? Load up!

Perhaps it isn't. That's the signal they are giving to investors, and not a good one.
