I remember seeing an exact same post like yours a year or two ago. Still waiting for Cornell to sell all their shares so we can take off? geeeez! Are you sure? If NEOM continues their aquisitions how can we get rid oif Cornell? They need the money until they show revenues.

Dont think Cornell is done yet. I am waiting for the SEC filing which should be out today or tommorrow, to see how much cash is involved in this deal. I dont believe NEOM has any cash left after the MOBOT acquisition, so they may have to depend on Cornell to exercise the other 30 million shares they hold the warrants to. We should know in the next few days if thats the case, if this acquisition is to close by the end of Feb.

That could take a long time Cornell might have another 50,000,000 shares to dump if they are the ones to finance the deal with the 100,000,000 million dollar financing deal they have with NEOM, I would like to see some F--K--G numbers some folks on this board are calling NEOM a "SUPER COMPANY" I for one would be happy if NEOM would tell us peons "common shareholders" that ANYONE has paid to use paper click Now I am wondering what happened to the BSDS deal? did it go the way of SAIC and it will show up on the bottom of a page of a filing that is hundreds of pages long which NEOM dosnt think that we THE peons dont need to know about. Now I see that the PPS in Germany is tumbling now and we are under .40 now jeeps I wonder who would be selling with all the news about the super company? probaly someone who gets shares real cheap ie Cornell

I was able to read the new PR as I was flying out the door this morning...so I am just now catching up on the days chit chat. Big congrats to all the longs that have been hanging in there through the dry spell…and longer.

I totally agree with alan1221's assessment of the Cornell shares holding the pps at bay.

"Acquiring 12Snap is awesome news! But the price will continue to be depressed more than it should be until Cornell is done selling their newly acquired shares. When their selling is done, We take off!"

What we have here is a nice balancing act. Cornell is exercising their options while Neom is releasing big time news...thus the pps is hanging in the balance. I dont expect us to drift down, but we may not jump up to fast either...FOR NOW...

but make no mistake...Neomedia is setting the stage for a masterpiece...Neom is a soon to be household name. Not just in America, but globally...a global supercompany...sweet!
