Bill is a licensed attorney in the area, I'm sure he's fully aware of any zoning laws that would prohibit him to carrying out a plan that he probably spends 24/7 thinking about and executing.

I've witnessed measurements and lazer levelling being done at the site... It's not a hard building to put I understand but there can't be any delays at the same time. Im from this town and lived here my whole life as well, I've also spoken to a couple members on city council and the vast majority is in favour. I like Sandra Pupatello she's looking to run for higher position possibly in the federal gov next year, she wants this to happen considering the jobs the region has lost due to hienz... this would be a major accomplishment to throw on her already successful résumé also. IMO
