Waiting for Scheer to deliver the final blow :) I wonder if he'll apologize to shareholders for losing all their money or thanking them for their contributions over the years!! Lets wait for official news, and 12yearplan, even if scheer has filed chapter 11 , like you said he might be just taking more time. Still dont understand why he filed for R/S? I think this chapter 11 is BS . Real news should pop up tomm. If Scheer did File for BK, it should have been released afterhours. Facebook and Twitter pages of Cereplast are gone any idea why? Does Bankruptcy cause the pages to be deleted or is there something more to this. Website still working.

Should be a wild ride alright, the r/s would make the CERP shares remaining worth 50x more - maybe Horizon will accept some, ch. 11 may be the best thing Horizon has more say and likely know how, lol. Facebook, Twitter, ihub, etc,... no clue on this social network stuff.

So the auction is your best hope? lol, anyway in case no one has noticed. There are now documents on the auction page for CEREPLAST patents, trademarks and equipment list, only manufacture equipment though. I guess office furniture/equipment isn't worth much! Scheer can probably use those for Libra Management Incorporated :)
