The way I see it, is there are so many stocks running 100-500% that short time holders "30 days or less" are jumping at any strength to free up money. MRIB has been side channeling for all most 2 months now and most traders dont have patience in the OTC.

I buy & sell MRIB all the time. When I see a stock going up I sell some MRIB and buy the stock. When I sell I then buy back MRIB. I have Cancer and need the money to pay for treatment in Mexico.
