If they are diluting I hope there is more buyers to support 3 level. I never liked this kind of dilution without keeping shareholders informed. Another thing, I could not find any info on this guy nor the company he was working for.
I wish Ben would just wait till he has it all together and issue an official PR. We know he means well but if I was a new investor these FB msgs would seem like a dangling carrot stick to me.
