This is my take. On friday , it was .0015 x .0016 and then moved to .0014 x .0015 most if not all were sells not buys. Yesterday was the same thing. Bid ask was .0014 x .0015 and crumbled on selling pressure to .001 x .0011. There has not been any buying pressure for an MM to sell shares. I've been watching Level II and If it were Dilution there would be a MM selling shares on the market not dropping the bid from .002 to .001. This looks like people selling because of all the Dilution talk.

I've watched VFIN on the ask with both PLNI and BKMP PHBT is not behaving like either.

Chart also shows OBV & Accum following price, more shares have not been added
