LOL, oh yeah because they sell something they are not a scam? You are kidding right? So ENRON was not a scam LOL TOO FUNNY!
How about those related party transactions here? CLASSIC scam behavior going on here. Why do you think they stopped filing as they are required by law to? Is that something a real company does? Or does a scam do it because would reveal things that would cause charges and suits?

has the company commented on why such a HUGE drop in sales

2011: 10 million
2012: 15 million
2013: so far 9 mths, 4 million ?????

and why did the ceo on feb 28 of 2013 predict conservatively sales of 20 million for the year of 2013????
