Truth stated that Kim said Vietnam will most likely be the first commercial batch........

No;I stated that the Vietnamese deal will most likely happen before the one in India.

The undisclosed location is where the first metric ton quantities should be originating.

I challenge you to find where I stated that my conversation with Kim yielded other than "metric tons from the undisclosed location."
