It happens all the time with those kind of crooks. I would not be surprised if it is.

Just Google their officers names (especially Jon Fullenkamp) or a former "GRPR" named Jumeirah Resources, VYEY (at the time Jon Fullenkamp was CEO) or FORC (Tim DeHerrera). You may even find some old investors who can tell you their opinion about these crooks.

Call Solimar and ask. Worst they can tell you is "No". My understanding was that Solimar was in JV with a Venezuelan company and not Grid.
