You posted here calling it a scam. So what if you didn't in your S/A articles. Posting here counts. So, yes, you did call them a scam in print as alleged by the company in their lawsuit.

AVTC is a scam company. There is no way past the stench emanating from Corona. The Zacks report was paid for. The stuff by Francis Gaskins was paid for. I communicated with Francis this weekend and he no longer has anything to do with the company according to him. He says it's because he is too busy, but I wonder if it's because he knows how close to the cliff this scam story is. Beyond the paid research, the company knowingly and intentionally links in its press releases to fake reports. It has mastered the art of the "p.r. of the p.r.". If you say the same garbage over and over, it, in fact, doesn't become the truth. The company's filings are late, and it has ripped off shareholders with a transfer of millions of dollars to the father of Chairman Shannon Illingworth. The latest red flag was the financing that they did this summer, a death spiral convert. The stock has imploded since then and is on its way to <$1.

This isn't personal, except for when companies take the time to make fake websites about me (and plagiarize, by the way, which I have duly noted and informed such parties who have been plagiarized). Not that I care, really. Scumbags calling someone a "bad analyst" is really a compliment. It means that what the analyst says resonates.
