Most of those shares are owned by Ferris and HEMP's BioAdaptives. They announces in their S-1 they intend to hold those shares for investment. Don't expect to see those hitting the float. 61.4% of CLNP is owned by the CEO and another beneficiary shareholder. Not sure why the iBox is back the way it was but something is going on here behind the scenes in my opinion and I will not miss out on anything that has to do with $$$CLNP$$$!
