How long on Scott trade after opening an acct can you trade....I guess if I wired funds I could start on ETrade as well tomorrow rather than wait for the ACH account transfers

I called Scottrade and got $9.99 per trade for all penny stocks. Just ask and they will give it to you(tell them you are going to switch to xxx because of high commissions on pennies)
