You are dead on LarryC213. But business wise, the Dr is an idiot and not far-fetched of something he's capable of. He wants the highest pps possible when he dilutes the next 2 billion shares. I mean, after all, he does have a lot of debt to clear of his, oops; SVFC's balance sheet. LOL
