IOWN, Aren't the ones who warned us of - and predicted - the "death spiral" from the debentures (now all converted into shares, apparently) now the same ones who are warning us of RIM's scamming us over the VOIP? And Hellosoft is part of the plan? Why would they (Hellosoft) do that? What must they be thinking - or drinking? From where are they getting their warning signs? Yesteryears' news? Is the sky still falling? Well, thanks for the "warning", folks, but I can still look up - and out - for myself. I lump their death spiral predictions, along with their scam characterization, considering their having originated from the same sources, into the same dumpster.

...out of touch.. that's funny. I'd say you're entirely out of touch with reality if you believe a company with no money can produce an ASIC that will cost nearly $10MM to produce. All RIM has is a certain skill at writing PRs and convincing people (who should know better) they have something real ... when history and recent PRs continue to prove they don't. If they had something the stock wouldn't be < $1, let alone sub 10 cents/share... they wouldn't have $60MM in accumulated losses and they wouldn't have any issue with raising money on good terms; enough of it to do what they claim to want to do in their PRs... produce an actual tangible product.

Hey, it's your party, if you want to live in denial... be my guest. I've already placed my bet on behalf of this company, more than a few times, and each time they have failed to deliver as they promised..... I've moved on to better investments, and one day this will make a nice write-off towards a much more significant gain; that I have no doubts about.

This is a scam, in hindsight it always was, and given what I know to this day, it certainly appears that it always will be.
