New MGMT came in late 2012 and turned this company around, adding an incredible amount of wealth! I think people still see the the poor outlook from old management and need to be re-introduced to this company.
Once earnings come out (should be real soon), I can see this running to .007-.01 to start, then .02-.04 on the second run
