I will buy more, anyone who sells and the ones who know and believe will be buying them up, l got to much time money and effort to worry wether it goes down because it will go back up and even if we do have a rs, once we get on the big boards the big money comes in and then when you sell you will have their big money in your bank account!!! There is truth and there is perception. Truth is there is little new in the 8k except the creation of an I preferred share. Lasers, tangerine, myself, rob888 have presented facts. Will the misinformation and misinterpretation out there allow traders to make a move and try to manipulate things?

I have no idea. I do know that something big is about to happen for the company which always has the manipulators eager and willing to do what it takes to get people out of their stock. Such is the "market".

Unless you can tell me what is soooo bad about this 8k which really only opened the door for Elite's next move whether it be financing, merger, partnership acquisition or combination of these.

So tell me what was bad or agree we are really just talking about manipulation.

Again, I've seen Elite put out really solid company Press Releases and the PPS go down.....the logic of the market only going up when something is positive in relation to the company doesn't hold water. And I've had plenty of interpretations above what the market was "willing" or capable to understand or price in only to have my interpretations proven correct months or even years later. The market isn't going to verify what Elite does with that $39.5 million dollars tomorrow that I am certain of.

The filing isn't misunderstood......a financial partner is coming...that is for certain. What type and for what price that is what is uncertain.
