I strongly disagree.They are trying to seek money damages and damage Intellect.Yes they filed it as evidence.

There is a C/A between both parties and for them to copy the entire website and openly file it on efile knowing one its trademark protected and two its a violation of the C/A imo will bite them and this should already be on shapiros list for additional claims.

The way I understand it or was told long ago you can not use publish any thing trademarked protected without consent for whatever reason.You don't have to just be making money.

Copyright is correct.When you rent a movie its trademark,copyright protected.

When you copy it its illegal thats why it tells you in bold letters to copy it is illegal with penalties like fines even jail time.You not making money you just copied it for free for later use.

It can be anything that has a copyright a C in a circle.I like the second link better.Pfizer attorneys made a huge mistake imho.They openly violated the C/A agreement and got a copyright,trademark issue now.
