I wouldn't think that a PR is likely.
The logic, such as it is, is that the 10Q is due tomorrow. If it is filed, it would be information overload to also provide a PR. If the 10Q isn't filed and a PR is, it could be seen as an improper priority (maybe that's just me).
Then again, I sometimes think that the list of people that think that it's important to submit filings on time is very short. I'm still pushing this corporate governance thing, though...it's a habit.
