Yeahhhhhh they have been using that timeline for the last year and a half so this time will probably happen.

PTOG did in fact move up and closes up 8.82% to .0074, The high for the day was .009 and volume was 35,168,107 shares. A lot of profit taking due to the fact people took advantage of the run and wanted out. If they do what they now say this stock could run away. Wait and see but I have a feeling this company is going to explode and the price will run. The shareholders will live happily ever after...
