Patent office disagrees. They said Bordynuik's technology lacked sufficient novelty over what's already patented, so they SHIT-CANNED his brain-dead patent application.

Folks will be risking treble damages for willful patent infringement if they use SHIT-FOR-BRAINS-BRODYNUIK's exploding monstrosity.

Little Johnny's own patent application was rejected on the grounds that the technology duplicated existing patents. Patent bodies deal with highly technical and software-based patents all the time. Bordynuik was rejected.

That will impact any real sale. That is just a fact.
