I thought the reason cbis handed off phytiva was so they could sell cbis and their own products and provide income to keep cbis people out of prison... Lol... Actually to help cbis continue their studies and their FDA quest ... Whatever that's worth... I mean their word about that issue .... Harvard man was going to keep us informed on the Arizona clinic as well ... Let's see is it 5 months already .... He is just dabney #3 it appears I wonder if they have the flust over there over 300 million yet... Kane does not file so it's a secret I suppose..... I'm sure he will have some phony news soon perhaps more states or even cancer curing products available in two Colorado clinics.... Wait he did that lie already ... No matter he is a clever man he will come up with something good ... Perhaps cancer clinic three days ... Wait did he do that lie too.... Mabey he will do the lab thing - again.. That was used twice and bib and Dorothy are waiting on contractual retention of lab space in the cluster and we all hope that it takes less than 5 years.year one is flying by..... And with that Canadian European American release if products just sround the corner I can't believe bob needs more shares to run his pump and dump...

Dividend payout structure as applied for with the SEC:

To shareholders as of 12/31/2010:

For every 10 shares owned, one share of the new class stock will be issued as well as one warrant to purchase one share of the new class stock at $1

Example:

You own 1,000 shares as of 12/31/2010

You will receive 100 shares of CBIS- class A
-and
100 warrants to purchase class A shares at $1 per share, expiration not specified

No splits have ever been mentioned by cbis nor has a single split been completed or applied for since renaming the company over 5 years ago

I think the new class will come out higher than $1. I think the current class price will drive the new class' offering price
