All the talk about BK, about a note being due the end of March. How much $$ I don't know. I've read the company has considerable value bookwise. I've seen cos bounce back from the teens before and I take nothing for granted. Selling has been relentless, but again is it due more to requirements like this instance you cite and panic derived? Trying to remain positive that BK is not a certainty.
If the CEO ever took the quick early action to liquidate the majority of assets after $50M bank cash call DOLN would have very good chance to avoid the bankruptcy... Now the hope is very minimal!
