But what was the benefit of doing that? Facebook and Twitter we're stand alone companies that went public on their own. They didn't merge with anyone to do it. If AvWorks had zero assets to bring to the table, why wouldn't Vapor just go at it alone, like Facebook and Twitter.
(I also have been sitting in shares for a long time, just trying to make sense of it all and decide if I should dig in deeper)
