#174335 RE: obiterdictum #174326

Obi, good afternoon. A insightful thought from you.....once FnF are net zero.,,,,,most stated assumption on the boards concerning sweeps is the gov will continue sweeps until courts stop the gov sweeps. Ted Olson speaking at Roundtable Conference stated "the cases could go till.2019". This implies that gov sweeps could go to 2019 when - possible decisions by courts. If this occurs, investors lost 5 years more investment time in addition to investment time already lost. Example, my initial investment has lost 5 years of investment time....dead money. Now, I could be looking at another 5 years. How does Olsen accelerate the process? Once net zero, can the judge place an injunction that prevents government from taking any more sweeps or compensation until the court determines the case outcome? Wouldn't an injuction have the effect of making the government more cooperative to get the case resolved? The stall by the government basically states, in my opinion, the gov has nothing to gain and everything to loose by cooperation for resolution. In addition, in my opinion, any investment gain opportunity is lost to a gov illegal sweep cause it will never be recoup by shareholders (the nature of the beast) So, in your insightful view, are their legit grounds for the judge to place an injunction to protect shareholders claims to a share of all or part of the future profits.
