Try OptionsXpress. Trades only 8.95 and they don't pull the crap the others do. Been trading TTDZ the whole time.

I use Fidelity and not one problem in years. Trade all Pennies with no restrictions. You just have to call them and go through a 2 minute speech on how risky pennies are then they will code your account for purchasing a ton of shares.

That seems odd because I just called Etrade customer service and they said they show no problems with TTDZ and buying or selling it.

Everyone knows TDA sucks for pennies. eTrade absolutely does not have a chill of their own on TTDZ.

I bought no problem with Etrade. TDA always put chills on Penny stocks when other brokers are able to trade them.
