If u look at the accumulation line. IMO frank sold all of those shares on the press release day. After that it has been retail. IMO BMAK is manipulator/short

I'm not sure there is any great dilution, I think its being shorted and covered. some one shorts it thru bmak then covers, the price recovers to fast imho to have much dilution going on. all mho
