Ultimately "trust" is the determining factor. In a new industry that may be all we have to rely on per the laws, etc. At the same time, "Vegas", CANX loans money (from where), and the increase in A/S has to be areas of concern for anyone looking for legit companies. Eventually the numbers (dilution or not), will tell the story. Dang, I see this so much in penny land. Someone will make a lot of money on this stock, hope it's the share holders.
