What are you talking about? Several FITX and PHOT posters came up with the 75% ownership of CEN-Biotech by FITX well before the CEO even PR'd the clarification. Nothing needs to be addended in the 8k because there are no mistakes. The problem is that most people don't know how to read and interpret the data.
