At any time WNTR PPS can get its freak on. It wont take news. We got that. A little nudge from the MM's that they are done doing what they do best in holding this down and its off to the races. My guess is more peeps will buy in on the run and we will consolidate to a higher low. Seen it too many times lately on quality tickers. We soon may see the last of a WNTR PPS below a penny my friends.
