What problem to solve. Nice to see verification of the O/S but as they near the cap, they will raise the A/S significantly. Remember, if the divvy is given out, they need enough shares to cover the 30 to 1 conversion rate. I think we see at least 1.5 Billion A/S within a week if not already done. Folks also need to know that the PPS dropped from .05 to under .01 when that happened......could be at least a 75% drop or more from here.

WOW, they are almost maxed out. Maybe they can get Brochstein to convince the Shareholders to vote for a 2 billion A/S increase.
