It's obvious that the partnership is all about the US Patented Stem Cell Technology.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong: Intellicell PROVIDES the Stem Cells to Regen, who PERFORM THE PROCEDURE. They also, just happen to have the same CEO; Dr. Victor. Ie; Regen is Dr. Victors company, as is Intellicell. Cozy, Smart arrangement, I would think. All correct?
