Treaty's not really a "oil company" It's a share selling scam and Belize was nothing but a show for investors to sell shares to folks not familiar with the oil industry. To those familiar with the oil exploration process it is very clear Treaty was not seriously looking for "oil". They where looking for "investors". What real oil company drills in unexplored areas nowadays with out doing any seismic?? What oil company takes 9 months to drill a 4000 foot hole then just packs up and leaves without telling anybody what was found? leaving investors to find out from the news in Belize and are the last to know they even left the area?

Then of course there is the big claims of a discovery and 6 million barrels of oil after drilling one well and finding some small tar balls. There is no way Treaty could make those claims without seismic, live oil and at least one appraisal well.

It's now very clear that all Treaty was doing was selling shares by way of misinformation and downright false information. They never found any oil anywhere in Belize.
