what makes this "shell" even more enticing is the fact that the SEC just last week shut down about 250 or so dormant "shells" , which makes getting one harder, may be a lot of truth to the buyout MJ rumors.

Jerome Mahoney is chief cook & bottle washer!
Not knocking it, but I suspect that he has the scent of GREEN in his nostrils, bigger money in selling the shell and name than he has made in years. Maybe his last hurrah. Just my take on it. While we don't appear to have much to go on here, this is of course why this great company name and ticker may be available as these incredibly low prices. One hint of news and BGNN will push its way into whole new PPS ranges, a whole different level of trader and investor interest. A person doesn't need to overload the boat, just have vision and take a decision IMO.

This guy is educated and I wouldn't think him a fool. Maybe business has been off and he would like to unload this venture and it appears pretty obvious that his time may be now. I just hope that the shell is clean and he is ready to cut it lose in this timely opportunity.
