Just because a company isn't starting to drill, SEC is NOT going to get involved!

Now if it was the same scenario and they got PR people to make it pop to maybe $.20 and no drilling - ummm...that might be a different story...LOL

But no, all you need to do is pull up companies that are sporting this low a price and compare.
