Regret what, my broker won't let me buy!!

Called a couple other brokerages and they are all telling me something about a DTC chill and something called trade-for-trade.

I guess they have to physically deliver the shares from one broker to the other, can't be processed electronically anymore.

That is probably why they won't transfer Kuni's shares to the new owners. And he is too fat & lazy to do it himself!
