it seems to me that there is no consistant trading volume. this is probably because the investors don't feel confortable with the unavailability of information regarding the milestones the company has stated. maybe when the April/May information becomes available and it shows direction with milestones, the investors will come on board.

We get some increased volume here. Doesn't matter if at bid or ask. All that matters is that shares are changing hands. Good sign!
