Allows for the legal growing of hemp for research and production. I believe 9 states approved so far. First time in the US since the 40's. Trend is UP :-)

Nothing at all. The farm bill allows a few universities to grow pilot plantations and that's it. However, it does move the MJ debate into the forefront and is one more step closer to total legalization of MMJ/RMJ.
