You know what? I am HAPPY with us being wrong. I was expecting something in the .16% and Junkman you were close, .157% is just a dyslectics man .175% so it's all good! Even if we get .175 for the next two distributions I would be happy with that.

$33.03 for old AAMQR shares by April is this keeps up.

Per 1000 shares of AAMRQ this is what it works out to;
067 shares on Dec 9 (.0665%)Actual
132 shares on Jan 9 (.1319%)Actual
175 shares on Feb 9 (.1750%)Actual

180 shares on Mar 9 (.1800%)estimate
180 shares on Apr 9 (.1800%)estimate

734 total shares of AAL for the original 1000 shares of AAMRQ
734 shares of AAL at say $45 per share in April would be $33,030
That equals to about $33.03 for every old share of AAMRQ

This distribution seemed right on target for the VWAP. I still think that the April (5th distribution) will be larger for the reasons previously stated.

Junkmanlong - help please ! thank you

You had posted the following
"
"GoFurman, per every 1000 shares of AAMRQ we should see:
First Dist ... 67 shares on Dec 9 CHECK
Dist #2 is ... 133 shares on Jan 9 CHECK
Dist #3 is ... 157 shares on Feb 9 (.1570) AAL at a $33 pps
Dist #4 is ... 166 shares on Mar 9 (.1660) AAL at a $35 pps
Dist #5 is ... 243 shares on Apr 9 (.2430) AAL at a $35 pps "
TOTAL = 766 shares of AAL per 1000 shares of AAMRQ
---

Now I see you are saying they are giving us a little more now and at the third distribution (.175?) but only .180 at the fourth distribution?

***Do you feel confident we will still get the same amount total when all is said and done???

IE at $35 or higher we will still have about 760 AAL per 1000 original AAMRQ? Does that estimate seem about right with the new higher numbers for distributions 2 and 3 and lower numbers for the final distribution? Or do you see it as different than 760 now? THANKS for your answer in advance!!!

Sincerely, GoFurman
