The farm bill doesn't affect PHOT in any concrete way,
but does added increased legitimacy to the cannabis plant itself and helps build more momentum for
decriminalization and legitimacy of THC marijuana. Perhaps the bill was an excuse for some to pump up the pps of MJ stocks but it provides no material benefit to 95% of them.
