The market is forward looking. Either he just doesn't get it or he and is buddies already covered their short position this morning. They are getting afraid of any news that will explode the pps with the meeting today. And they should be. A yes vote is already a done deal. Count on it because the market already has.
Like I have said before. With the current deal we already signed, if it wasn't for the vote today, we would be well above .50 and on our way to $1. All my opinion of course.
